There is minor haze inside. This is common for Canon ultrafast lenses of this era (f.ex the 50mm f1.2). There's a few very small scratches on the rear element. All issues are minor. It's uncommon to find this lens in such good condition!

Manual focus wide normal lens made for LTM / M39 mount 35mm rangefinder cameras by Canon starting in 1958. The original price (35,000 Yen) is the equivalent of around 1,315 Euros in 2024. Very few were made compared to the 35mm f1.8, f2, and f2.8. Metal body available in black/silver.
