Not Passed: Untested or tested, inspected, and found to have flaws that will affect typical use. Recommended for decoration, projects, or use with special considerations.

The shutter speeds overexposure by 1-3 stops. The shutter stays open at the slow speeds. It has haze and fungus inside the viewfinder and lens that will not affect use or miage quality significantly.
