Manual focus telephoto lens head made for M-mount rangefinder cameras introduced by Leica in 1965. This is the removable front lens head from the first version of the 135mm f4 Tele-Elmar. It is made to be used with the Visoflex system. On early examples, a black ring is attached around the rear element group that must be removed if the lens is to be used with the Visoflex. The ring was removed on later models. Metal body available in black (11852).
