Leica 250mm f4 Telyt-R (Type I) (3-Cam) (11920) - Lens

Manual focus telephoto lens made for R-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Leica in 1970. Leica made two versions of this lens. This is the first version identifiable by its name ring around the front element, long minimum focus distance of 4/4.5m, and use of Series VIII / 72mm filters. This lens has a 3-Cam mount. 3-Cam lenses have two sloped cams and a third stepped cam and are compatible with all Leicaflex and R-series cameras. Around the same time this 3-Cam variant was introduced, the minimum focus distance was changed from 4.5m to 4m. Metal body available in black (11920).
