Leica 28mm f2.8 Elmarit-R (Type II) (ROM) (11333) - Lens

Manual focus wide-angle lens made for R-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Leica in 1994. This is the second version of the lens that improved the optical formula and uses a floating element design. It also has a built-in rectangular lens hood. This lens has a ROM Cam mount. ROM Cam lenses have a stepped cam like on the 3rd-Cam plus electronic contacts. They are compatible with all R-series cameras. The electronic contacts are only supported on the R8/R9. They will not fit Leicaflex cameras. Metal body available in black (11333).
