Manual focus telephoto push/pull zoom lens made for K-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Vivitar. 6 versions of this lens were made all with different construction, optical design, and even manufacturers. This is the first generation made by Kino from ca. 1973 to 1981. Referred to as the first macro zoom lens ever produced. Early examples do not have VMC (Vivitar Multi Coating) written on the nameplate. Plastic and metal body available in black.
