Certified: Tested & inspected with special tools and machinery, found to be working correctly (or unused in original packaging). Any flaws present will be noted and will not affect typical use.

There's oil on the aperture blades, but it won't affect use on a manual lens like this one. There are minor scratches on the lens elements that won't affect image quality. There's minor haze in the viewfinder that won't affect use. It shows minor external wear but otherwise works well!
