The shutter is stuck and the focus is stiff. The viewfinder has minor dust, haze, and fungus inside. The fungus has been UV-treated to neutralize it and prevent its spread.

Iloca Stereo II - Camera

Manual focus stereo camera manufactured by Iloca between 1951 and 1953. This model produces stereo pairs in the Realist (or 5p) format. Two-step film winding and shutter tensioning operation. If you forget to do one or the other (or both), you can't release the shutter.
