Manual focus M-mount 35mm rangefinder camera introduced by Leica in 2014. The M-A was introduced as a way of commemorating the 60-year anniversary of the Leica M3. It is a fully mechanical camera and was marketed as a return to photography in its most original form. It was sold together with a roll of Kodak Tri-X 400 black and white film, which also celebrated its 60-year anniversary the same year. The M-A has a 0.72x viewfinder with framlines for 35/135mm, 28/90mm, and 50/75mm. Metal body available in black (10370).
