The focus has been lubricated and the inner elements have been cleaned. It has a lot of coating damage on the outer elements as well as under the front element. This will lower image quality slightly. The aperture blades have some minor oil on them but move as intended. It also has some air bubbles inside the optics from the factory. This will not affect image quality.
