Manual focus normal lens made for M42 screw-mount SLR cameras introduced by Zenit in 1980. This lens was originally made for the Zenit-18 camera. It has electrical contact indicated by the "E" in the name that transmits the selected aperture value to the camera body. Most noticeable is the unusual aperture mechanism that consists of only two blades each with 2 edges resulting in a square aperture opening. This gives the out-of-focus areas a very distinctive square bokeh. Metal body available in black.
