Autofocus EF-mount 35mm SLR camera released by Canon in 1995. This is the same camera as the Canon EOS 50 but with Canon's Eye-Control focus system. It was also sold as the EOS 55 (JP) and the EOS Elan II (NA). Plastic and metal body available in black & silver.
