This collection contains items from early Bronica 6x6 film camera systems with focal-plane shutters, including the Bronica Z, D, S, and EC systems.
Cameras like the S2A are good alternatives for getting into medium format similar to Hasselblad V, but at a much lower price. They have excellent lenses, some produced by Nikon others in-house under the Zenza Bronica brand, but the cameras are known for their quirks, such as the strange-feeling winding mechanism of the S2A. They are also somewhat infamous for being mechanically complex and therefore prone to breaking down, but at least they are fully mechanical and therefore mostly repairable. Getting one that is checked and in good condition is therefore important.
