Manual focus telephoto lens made for V-system medium format SLR cameras, introduced by Carl Zeiss for Hasselblad starting in 1957. The 250mm was one of the original lenses made for the 500C. Early versions do not have a depth-of-field preview button. The lens is sharpest wide open at f5.6. T* multi-coatings were first applied to the 250mm f4 in 1975. This catalog is for the non-T* coated version. Metal body available in silver (20079).
