Staff Notes

The prism has traces of fungus and de-silvering. The fungus has been treated with UV light. It is visible during use but the camera is otherwise functional. It has some general wear from use.

Leica Leicaflex SL2 (Black, 10022) - Camera

Manual focus R-mount 35mm SLR camera introduced by Leica in 1974. The SL2 implemented a number of improvements over the original SL. The behind-the-lens metering is now eight times more sensitive, the microprism now has a 3mm central split-image rangefinder, and a new mirror design allows deep protruding lenses to be used. It takes a separate battery for the viewfinder illumination. The camera is compatible with 2-Cam lenses. Metal body available in black (10022).
