Cloes-up attachment made by Nikon for all lenses with 52mm filter thread. Improves close-focussing ability. Primarily designed to be used with telephoto lenses ranging in focal length from 85mm to 200mm. For greatest reproduction ratio use lenses with longer focal lengths. Decreases the depth of field when attached. While using the filter the split-image on the focusing screen should not be trusted. Focusing with the surounding matte portion is adviced. Focus might shift a bit if used with a rangefinder. Black metal body.
