Autofocus EF-mount 35mm SLR camera introduced by Canon in 1989. The camera is essentially an EOS 630/EOS 600 with a pellicle mirror. It was the first autofocus camera to feature a pellicle mirror. “RT” stood for “Real-Time.” The fixed pellicle mirror drastically shortened the shutter-release time lag. Metal and plastic body available in black.
