Database Description

The successor to the world's first massively-produced autofocus camera, the C35AF. Released in 1980, the C35AF2 did not change much.

  • Automatic focusing and flash, but manual winding, rewinding, and ISO.
  • 38mm f2.8 Hexanon Lens (Four elements in three groups).
  • Three shutter speeds: 1/60th, 1/125th, and 1/250th.
  • ISO is set manually with a ring around the lens.
  • Uses a passive autofocus system similar in principle to rangefinders or the Contax G1.
