Manual focus wide normal lens made for M-mount rangefinder cameras introduced by Leica in 1971. This was the third version of the 35mm Summicron. It is a redesign of the Type II 6-element version, still with the same optical design but with slight changes to the overall performance. The lens is a few millimeters longer than the Type II version. Metal body available in black.
