There are minor haze, and fungus sports inside the lens which has been UV-treated to cease the spread. There are some scratches on the front element that affect image quality in some light situations, and some cosmetic wear on the body that doesn't affect use. It's otherwise working well.

Soviet manual focus ultra-telephoto prime mirror lens made for the T2 interchangeable mount system by MTO. "A" in the name indicates replaceable lens mounts, but most are found in M42. Donut-shaped Bokeh. Built-in hood covers knurled focusing ring. Metal barrel in black finish.
