Manual focus wide normal lens made for Leica M mount rangefinder cameras by Leica introduced in 2010. Improved version of the previous 35mm f1.4 Summilux (1994-2010) with floating lens elements and greater sharpness most noticeably at close distances. Features a single aspherical element and concave front/rear elements. Uses Leica's 6-bit coding to allow digital cameras to indentify the lens. Has in-between aperture stops. Metal body available in black & silver.
