Manual focus 35mm Topcon/Exakta-mount 35mm SLR camera released by Tokyo Kogaku KK in 1963. It is also known as the Beseler Super Topcon D (NA). This camera was selected by the US Navy as their SLR of choice over the Nikon F and other SLRs of the time. Features motor drive support and interchangeable finders. The light meter requires a mercury battery. Metal body available in silver & black.
Shutter: Horizontal cloth focal plane: 1s - 1/1000s + B
Topcon cameras have the inner Exakta bayonet. The Topcon bayonet is fixed to the camera with four little screws, just as the Exakta mount, but their positions are different. So these systems are not fully cross-compatible.
