The aperture mechanisms have been cleaned and lubricated as necessary and the inner lens elements have been cleaned. There are a few small scratches on both the front and rear elements, but they're not noticeable enough to affect use. It comes with an unlabeled clear filter. It's likely a UV based on the (lack of) color.

Manual focus normal macro lens made for Alpa mount 35mm SLRs by Kern starting in 1951. It is capable of 1:3 macro reproduction and was the normal lens for early Alpa SLRs. Metal body available in black/silver.
