The body cocking, advancing, and mirror mechanisms have been cleaned and lubricated. The film back and frame counter mechanisms have been cleaned and lubricated. New dark slide light seals have been installed. It comes with a standard Acute-Matte focusing screen (42165). The screen has some haze inside that will not affect use. The viewfinder has some paint missing and a few scratches on the fine focus loupe.

Manual focus V-mount 120 6x6 SLR camera released by Hasselblad in 1996. This model changed the mirror geometry to eliminate image cut-off when using telephoto lenses. It has TTL and OTF flash capabilities. An electric winder was made specifically for the 503CW. Metal body available in black and silver.

120 film magazine made for the Hasselblad V system medium format cameras introduced by Hasselblad in 1985. A12N ("New") is not a factory designation but one that seems to be in general use to differentiate the early and later versions of the A12. A number of changes were made both internally and externally. Most noticeably the change from two spool-holders to only one, the number "12" written on the release button, and the "Made in Sweden by Victor Hasselblad" on the side. There is also a variant available with the text "A12–6x6" instead of a number on the release button. In 1997 the magazines were fitted with a built-in dark slide holder on the back. Metal body available in chrome and black.

Waist-level viewfinder made for the Hasselblad V system SLR medium format cameras by Hasselblad introduced in 1984. This is the newer version with an improved opening and closing mechanism. The sides can be folded simultaneously instead of needing to be done individually. Has an interchangeable pup-up fine focus loupe. Metal body available in chrome.

Winder/grip made by Hasselblad for the 503CW. This accessory replaces the winding crank and allows for electronic shutter released and film advance. It also enables the use of Hasselblad's IR remote control (44113), although the winder will only work with the remote it was sold alongside. Plastic and metal body available in black.

IR remote control made for the Hasselblad Winder CW (44105) by Hasselblad introduced in 1996. It is used to trigger the motorized wider grip remotely. This remote is only compatible with the grip it was sold alongside. It will not work with other winders. Plastic body available in black.
