The mechanisms for the camera, lens, and film magazine have been cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted as needed. The inner elements of the lens and viewfinder have been cleaned. All functions have been tested working as intended. The lens has some minor coating damage on the optics that will not affect image quality. The camera has some wear from use.

Manual focus 6x6 super-wide V-system medium format camera released by Hasselblad in 1980. This is the modified version of the older SCW indicated by the "M" in the name. The viewfinder was raised, and the quick-release base was lowered. This was done primarily to allow the use of a Polaroid back (Hasselblad recommends only using the model 100 back and not the model 80 because of incompatible designs). The advance/shutter cocking crank was also changed. In 1982, the lens changed to the CF version. The SWC/M with the C-style lens is a relatively low production camera with at most 2000 cameras assembled. When Hasselblad introduced the newer-styled viewfinder for the Super Wide system in 1985, which incorporated the spirit level, they eliminated it from the body. This resulted in the body getting a new product code and subsequently becoming an SWC/M Type II. This catalog is for the Type I version that still has the spirit level. Metal body available in black (10199).
