Manual focus telephoto lens made for F-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Nikon. It has a removable tripod collar and a built-in hood. The optical design contains extra-low dispersion (ED) elements and the lens has an internal focusing mechanism (IF) so it does not extend when focused. It has the bunny ear metering prongs, AI ridge, and AI-S indent so it will meter properly on all manual Nikon cameras and can be used with the advanced program modes of later models. Metal body available in black.
