The body and the lens have new seals and have been serviced in 2017 and 2020. The repair certificates are included. We have not tested the camera underwater and performance is not guaranteed when submerged.
The lens has some oil on the aperture blades but won't affect the use.

Nikon’s underwater automatic exposure camera introduced in 1980. Rugged aluminum alloy body with interchangeable lenses. It also has manual mode which basically is mechanical shutter speed of 1/90s. Nikonos IV-A is able to withstand the pressure in 50m deep.
