Canon RF

Canon R is the lens mount for Canon’s full-frame mirrorless cameras. The Canon R system was announced in 2018 to compete with Sony FE, Nikon Z and L-Mount. It's also called EOS-RF and EOS-R.

To supplement a small lens selection on release, Canon sells adapters for using EF lenses on R bodies. The R mount's short flange distance of 20mm allows for easy adapting of non-Canon lenses as well.
