Eastman Kodak Ektacolor Pro 400 (35mm) 36 Exp.

KODAK EKTACOLOR PRO 400 is a professional daylight-balanced colour negative film that combines the flexibility of ISO 400 speed with very fine grain and high sharpness. It produces natural skin tones, rich colour saturation and wide exposure latitude, from bright daylight to lower-light conditions. This version comes as a 35mm roll with 36 exposures.

Professional versatility at ISO 400

The ISO 400 speed gives photographers more freedom to use faster shutter speeds or smaller apertures while maintaining smooth tonal reproduction and detailed negatives. Its wide exposure latitude and scanning performance make it a versatile choice for portrait, wedding, lifestyle, travel, street, sports and commercial photography.

KODAK EKTACOLOR PRO 400 has similar characteristics to KODAK PROFESSIONAL PORTRA 400 within the Kodak Alaris product range.

What is the difference between the different Kodak manufacturers?

Historically, Eastman Kodak manufactured Kodak photographic films, while Kodak Alaris was responsible for their marketing and distribution. From the beginning of 2026, Eastman Kodak returned to the photographic film market directly, ending Kodak Alaris' exclusive distribution rights. As a result, some films manufactured by Eastman Kodak are now entering the market through two different Kodak channels.
