Teleconverter and extension tube made for Minolta MD mount lenses/SLRs by Sigma. The inner lens elements housing unscrews to convert the tube from a macro teleconverter to a 43,2mm extension tube. Designed to work best with focal lengths between 50mm and 300mm, but can also be used with other lenses with satisfactory results. Metal body available in black.
