Autofocus wide-short telephoto zoom lens made for EF-mount DSLR cameras by Tamron, introduced in February 2012. It uses vibration control (VC) for optical image stabilization, has a ring-type ultrasonic drive (USD) for the autofocus motor, and is weather-sealed. It also has an AF/MF switch, a zoom lock, and a VC ON/OFF switch. Plastic & metal body available in black.
