Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
To request a cancellation or return, contact us by email at info@kamerastore.com.
All products purchased from Kamerastore are subject to a 30-day right of return, starting from the day the product is received. Returned items must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and must not have been altered in function or appearance. If a product includes a valid manufacturer’s warranty, this is stated in the product listing. The right of return does not apply to gift cards, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns are accepted for any reason, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product(s).
The customer must return the product(s) to the seller within 30 days of giving the cancellation or return notice. If the product(s) are not returned within this period, Kamerastore reserves the right to void the cancellation or return.
You can return items either by post or at our locations in Tampere, Helsinki, or Espoo. If returning by post, the item must be carefully packaged in the original packaging or in equivalent protective packaging. When possible, the return must be made using a customer return code / shipping label provided by Kamerastore.
A cancellation notice may also be made in connection with returning the product, provided the product is returned to the seller within 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
If the purchased item does not match its description or unique item condition rating, Kamerastore covers the return shipping costs, and the return is always free of charge to the customer. When possible, the return must be made using a customer return code / shipping label provided by Kamerastore.
If the purchased item matches its description and condition rating, and the customer uses the standard 30-day right of return (for example, if the item does not meet expectations or incompatible items were ordered), a processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The processing fee corresponds to the lowest-cost delivery method available in the destination country. No processing fee is charged if the order or item is returned directly to the store. When possible, the return must be made using a customer return code / shipping label provided by Kamerastore.
Uncollected Shipments
Failure to collect a paid shipment does not constitute a return. An uncollected shipment is not considered a customer return. For uncollected shipments, we always charge a processing fee corresponding to the lowest-cost delivery method available in the destination country.
Return Processing
The return package must include the original order confirmation, the customer’s contact details, and the bank account or payment information for the refund.
Once the returned products are received, they will be inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions. The processing time for returns is up to 14 days.
When possible, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Kamerastore will refund the purchase amount to the customer if the return and cancellation conditions described on this page are met.
