There's moderate haze, fungus, and dust inside that will slightly affect image quality. The fungus has been treated with UV light to neutralize it and prevent its spread. The whole lens barrel is a bit loose, which may just be how these Rexatar lenses are. It doesn't affect anything. Otherwise okay.
