It has quite a few marks on the front element and there is some haze inside the lens. These may affect the image quality. The zoom ring rubber is loose and the focus ring rubber is protruding. It comes with an adapter for Pentax K system.

General purpose manual focus zoom lens introduced by Tamron for the Adaptall series in 1976. Capable of 1:4 magnification ratio. This is the later model, CZ-38M. Metal body available in black and silver grey.
