We're unable to test this for accuracy but it seems to be working properly. The lens has some haze inside that would benefit from cleaning, but this is more of a collector's kit anyway. It's in good condition and is number 61, produced in 1949.

Details: Almaz TSVVS + 5cm f2 Sonnar T Jena

Manual focus Contax/Kiev mount 35mm rangefinder camera made in the Soviet Union. This camera was never produced commercially but is known as the "General's FED" for its prevalence in the Soviet military. The model name of this camera, TSVVS, stands for Topographical Service of the Air Force in Russian. It is very similar to a FED rangefinder camera with a modified bayonet mount for accepting Contax/Kiev mount lenses. These cameras are usually, but not always, found paired with a lens made by Carl Zeiss. Metal body available in silver.
