Very early and rare 6 element version with no DoF lever present. Serial number is 1595120. Lens and shutter mechanisms cleaned and lubricated. Aperture mechanisms cleaned. Shutter speeds adjusted and tested. Focusing helicoid cleaned and re-lubricated, focusing tested and adjusted. Flash sync tested. Internal lens elements cleaned. Minor scratches remain on the front element that will not affect image quality.

Details: Hasselblad 80mm f2.8 Planar C

Manual focus normal lens made for the Hasselblad V system medium format cameras introduced by Carl Zeiss for Hasselblad together with the 500C camera in 1957. The first version of the 80mm lens without "T" coating. Some early production lenses (up to 1961 serial number 2825569) had a slightly different optical design of 6 elements and no depth of field preview lever (some transition 6-element models with a DOF lever exist). Metal body available in chrome.
