Shutter adjusted and repaired, including maintenance of the curtain brake. Light meter adjusted to work properly with modern 1.5v batteries. Viewfinder and rangefinder adjusted and cleaned.
Some tape/glue residue on one side of the leatherette and some scratching on the top and bottom plates.

Manual focus M-mount 35mm rangefinder camera released by Leica in 1971. It was the first Leica rangefinder to feature built-in electronics and TTL metering. It was also the last Leica rangefinder built by hand in Wetzlar, Germany. It has a 0.72x magnification viewfinder with a 49.32mm baselength, which is longer than other Leica M models. Metal body available in silver and black chrome.
