The lens and viewfinder have dust, haze, and fungus. The hot shoe connection does not work, the PC connection works but the connector does not stay securely attached. The shutter and light meter work as intended.

Details: Kodak Retinette IB (Type 045)

Manual focus 35mm viewfinder camera introduced by Kodak AG in 1963. It has a coupled selenium cell light meter. Its follow-up, the 1B (Type 45) was the last Retinette ever produced. Metal body available in silver.
