Tested & inspected with special tools and machinery, found to be working correctly (or unused in original packaging). Any flaws present will be noted and will not affect typical use.
Staff Notes
There are small amounts of haze on the inner lens elements and oil on the aperture blades, but nothing that will significantly affect image quality or use. There is also some minor damage to the filter threads, but filters will still mount correctly.

Manual focus telephoto lens made for M-mount rangefinder cameras introduced by Leica in 1965. This is the first version of the lens. It has a removable front lens head to be used with the Visoflex system. Early exaples have a wide heavily knurled focusing ring while later ones have a more fine knurled design. On early examples a black ring is attached around the rear element group that must be removed if the lens is to be used with the Visoflex. The ring was removed on later models. Metal body available in black (11851).
