Manual focus M mount 35mm rangefinder camera released by Leica in 1979. This special edition M4-2 was released (alongside an R3/50mm f1.4 Summilux kit) to celebrate what would have been Oskar Barnack's 100th birthday. 1000 cameras were made and each was sold alongside a matching gold 50mm f1.4 Summilux lens. There is a replica of Oskar Barnack's signature on the top plate. The bodies were made in Canada and are otherwise identical to a standard M4-2. Metal body available in brass with 24 Karat gold plating (10420).
