Fujifilm’s X mount is used for their mirrorless cameras with APS-C sized sensors. These cameras take clear inspiration from vintage film cameras, with tangible control dials and SLR/rangefinder-inspired styling.

The X mount has an inner diameter of 44mm and a flange distance of 17.3mm, which makes adapting vintage lenses very easy. Fuji’s own lenses, however, are more than enough to cover any kind of photography.

This mount type should not be confused with the discontinued Fujica X-mount, which is not compatible with the newer X-mount without an adapter.
