All necessary fees are included at checkout, your local authorities will not require any payment upon delivery.

When placing an order from any retailer, there are generally two types of taxes you may encounter: Sales Tax (or VAT) and Import Fees. Depending on your location, these may be included in the price at checkout.

Shipments to countries requiring Duties & Import Tax are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable Import duties & taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so your order arrives without additional charges on delivery.

Sales Tax / VAT

What is it?

Sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption taxes that may apply to your purchase at checkout.

European Union (EU) Orders

Orders shipped within the EU are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). All applicable VAT is calculated and included in the price at checkout.

Note on the EU Margin Scheme:

Some of our products are sold under the EU VAT margin scheme (typically second-hand, vintage, or collectible items). In these cases, VAT is included in the price but not shown separately on the invoice, which is a legal requirement. This does not increase the price you pay.

Outside the EU (USA, UK, etc.)

For orders shipped outside the EU, any applicable local sales tax, GST, VAT, or similar consumption tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

Import Duties & Import Taxes

What is it?

Import duties, customs fees, and import taxes are charges that may apply when goods enter a country.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping

Shipments to countries requiring Duties & Import Tax are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes

are calculated, displayed, and prepaid at checkout.

You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees when your order arrives.

Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and may vary based on product type, value, and local regulations.
