The adjustment knob axle is quite bent which makes operation difficult, the bellows are crumpled, and one adjustment knob has been replaced with a regular screw. The metal parts have some scratches that do not affect use.

Automatic bellows extension for the Hasselblad V system cameras introduced in 1979 by Hasselblad. An updated design that no longer needed the double cable release. It uses a telescoping tube to connect the body to the lens through the bellows unit. Metal body available in black.

Lens hood made by Hasselblad for Automatic Bellows Extension (40517). The lens shade requires an adapter ring between the lens used and the bellows shade: B50 – 40679 or 40592, B60 40681, 63 – 40684, B70 – 40687 or 40614. Black metal and bellows body.
