Leica 50mm f1.4 Summilux-R (Type I v2) (3rd Cam) (11777) - Lens

Manual focus normal lens made for R-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Leica in 1978. Leica made multiple versions of this lens. This is the second version and is often referred to as Type I v2. It kept the same optical formula from the first version but introduced a built-in lens hood, changed the filter threads to E55, and was about 60g lighter. This lens has a 3rd Cam (R Cam) mount. 3rd Cam lenses only have the third stepped cam as seen on the 3-Cam version. They are compatible with R-series cameras only and will not fit the Leicaflex cameras. Metal body available in black (11777).
