Pentax ME F - Camera

35mm K mount SLR released by Pentax in 1981. It is a modified version of the Pentax ME Super, designed to take the special 35-70mm Pentax autofocus lens. The ME F is significant because it is the first camera designed for autofocus to reach the market. Earlier solutions were entirely lens-based and were less effective.
