Schneider-Kreuznach 49mm Center-Filter I - Accessory

Center-filter made for the Schneider 65mm f8 Super-Angulon large format lens by Schneider-Kreuznach. For compensating the vignetting caused by the fall off of illumination that is apparent when working with ultra-wide-angle lenses. Needs 1.5 stop exposure compensation. Best performance of the filter is observed when the lens is stopped down at least two stops. Not recommended for other focal lenghts than the intended. Has a 58mm outer filter thread. Black metal body.
