Sigma’s compact camera with fixed 45mm f2.8 focal length lens and 19.61 megapixel APS-C sized Foveon x3 CMOS sensor. Compared to traditional Bayer type sensors Foveon has three-layer (RGB) design for detecting different color information. This results smooth and detailed color rendition with great depth. Built-in lens has really good optical performance for producing sharp images even wide open.
