Autofocus general-purpose zoom lens made for A-mount digital SLR cameras by Sony starting in 2011. It is designed for APS-C-sized sensors and gives the equivalent field of view to a 24-75mm lens on full frame/35mm. It uses 3 Extra Low Dispersion elements and 2 aspherical elements to minimize both aberrations and flare and has a weather-resistant construction. The product code is SAL1650. Plastic body available in black.
