Manual focus normal lens made for Minolta MD mount SLR cameras by Minolta in 1973. This was the first 50mm f1.4 lens Minolta produced after a long period of making 58mm lenses. Metal body available in black.

Minolta MD (SR Mount)

Minolta MD / SR -järjestelmä julkaistiin vuonna 1958. MD / SR -bajonettia käytettiin kaikissa Minoltan manuaalisissa peilijärjestelmäkameroissa. Objektiiveja julkistettiin neljää eri generaatiota, mutta bajonetti pysyi samana eli objektiivit sopivat kaikkiin runkoihin. Vuonna 1972 Minolta sopi yhteistyösopimuksen Leican kanssa ja jotkin Leica R -objektiivit pohjautuvatkin Minoltan designiin.

Minoltan optiikkaa pidetään korkealaatuisena ja se tunnetaan hyvästä värintoistosta ja miellyttävästä bokehista. Objektiivit ovat sovitettavissa peilittömiin kameroihin.
