Mamiya Z

The Mamiya Z system was the company's final entry into the 35mm space. This small line of SLRs released throughout the 1980s and never achieved mainstream success despite being quite technologically advanced. They were the first cameras to electronically couple the lenses to the bodies for transmitting data, which would become standard with the introduction of autofocus only a few years later.
